Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy

Terms and Conditions: By placing an order with, and subsequently making a purchase from, Hiskey Distributors, LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.

Shipping Destinations and Restrictions:  You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order and to receive a shipment of cigars. Hiskey Cigars are shipped via USPS or UPS within the contiguous United States, except to South Dakota and Utah.  Additional charges may apply to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and have an estimated delivery time of 10-20 business days.  Be advised, the Canadian Customs Office may levy tariffs or import fees on your package and you must be willing to pay those fees. Hiskey Cigars will not accept returned packages due to a refusal to pay import fees. Also, per the Canadian Customs Regulations, we may only ship five units of tobacco (50 cigars) at a time per package or shipment, which is not an issue currently because we only ship five cigars at a time in each package. All APO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Canadian orders are shipped via USPS. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, but we will accept calls and take orders outside of those hours at (336) 340-1617.

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Product Return Policy: We carefully inspect and monitor the freshness and integrity of our Hiskey cigars prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the highest quality tobacco products. Cigars are consumable products and all sales for consumables are final. We do not accept returned cigars and, obviously, we will never resale such returned products. Accessories and smoking hardware, if found to have a manufacturer’s defect, may be returned if you contact us within five business days. We will credit your account within seven business days once the accessories or hardware items have been returned and inspected.

WARNING: Our glass tubes are not toys and should not be given to children. Caution should always be used when handling our glass tubes as they are very fragile and may break and cause injury to you if not handled with care. Never use heavy pressure on the natural cork when resealing the glass tube as excessive pressure may cause the glass tube to break and possible cause injury to your fingers or hands.

Shipping Times: Expect to receive your cigar order between two to seven business days by standard ground service from the day it has been shipped.  Shipments to Canada may take between six to 10 business days.  We are not open on weekends, so orders placed after close of business on Friday will not be processed for shipment until the following Monday.  For rush orders and overnight shipping, call us directly at 336-340-1617.

Holiday Shipping Congestion: Our shippers (USPS and UPS) do not guarantee delivery dates during the holiday season in December. We do not issue refunds for late deliveries, regardless of season, weather conditions, or shipper delays.


Cancellations and Changes to Your Order: Your order begins processing immediately after it is submitted. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order. If you submit an order over the weekend and wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email on Monday morning to ensure the order does not get processed.  Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Back Orders on Cigars: If the cigars or an accessory you’ve purchased is on back order, you will be advised via e-mail.  Due to the nature of our custom small batch orders, your back-ordered products may be delayed for several weeks. We will contact you if your order extends beyond 30 days to determine whether you wish to let your order stand or be cancelled.

Damaged or Lost Goods: All shipments are insured through our shippers, USPS and UPS. Claims must be filed with the respective shipper for lost or damaged goods. Hiskey Cigars does not issue refunds for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Distributor and Third Party Information, Offers and Promotions: In the event there is a price discrepancy for Hiskey Cigars products and accessories offered by any third party websites, marketing feeds, cigar shop affiliates, distributors, vendors, etc., the product prices found at www.hiskeycigars.com will always be the sale price of the product in question.


Privacy Policy and Limited Liability: Today, it’s a fact … we live in a world where information is being hacked and stolen every minute. It is a reality. With that said, we, at Hiskey Distributors, LLC, promise to never intentionally disclose, share, sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any other party. We have diligently selected reputable financial institutions, point-of-sales systems, and U.S.-based banks to support our business operations, and should any of these businesses suffer a breach or loss of your private information, you agree to waive and hold harmless Hiskey Distributors, LLC, of any and all liability for any damages resulting from a third party’s informational breach. 

WARNING: Tobacco products and cigars contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. 

WARNING: Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes.

TOBACCO USAGE WAIVER OF FAULT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. As a purchaser of tobacco products, you acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that: (1) the risk of illness or injury from the use of tobacco products is possible; (2) you willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for purchasing our tobacco products, and acknowledge any posted warnings; (3) you hereby assume sole personal responsibility for any and all resulting harmful outcomes, past, present and future, as a result of tobacco usage; (4) and that for yourself, and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, assume as your personal risk all hazards of tobacco usage and do HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASSEES (Hiskey Distributors, LLC, and Bassi Ranch, LLC), their respective owners (Clint Hilbert and Tomiko Cheek), investors, officers, directors, officials, agents and/or employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct business operations (ALL INCLUDED AS RELEASEES), of and from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action (possible or otherwise) WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES. In the event a court shall find liability against Hiskey Distributors, LLC, or Bassi Ranch, LLC, you agree, accept and acknowledge that damages shall be limited to the total amount of purchases in question paid by you to the RELEASEES. You further agree that this provision is an essential component of the consideration for you being allowed to purchase products from Hiskey Distributors, LLC.
